Earlier this year (before the ridiculous saga with Dell I've written up in detail commenced, costing me huge time and much more in energy, still unresolved), a company on my recommendation, purchased two Precisions from the Dell Outlet UK with ProSupport.

NOW, I've just had an irate email from one of their directors who has claimed that the machine was supplied with no wireless card at all. He spent hours on the phone and then following an onsite visit, this was only diagnosed. Now he is being told that Dell can't / won't do anything. Somehow Dell assumed he had a wireless card enough to arrange an onsite visit, and then decided the machine never had one.

So Dell (CARES????) team, please can you advise how many Dell Outlet PRECISION machines are shipped without wifi cards where this is not made explicit? Why are your PROSUPPORT TEAM not able to know what is going on without wasting huge amounts of customer time.

For anyone who has recommended Dell because they used to be good, BEWARE and AVOID if you value your relationships with your clients.

Dell, what on earth has happened to your quality control?

Dell, please answer ALL MY QUESTIONS PUBLICALLY POSTED IN DETAIL instead of ignoring me thinking I'll somehow forget, unless you have something to hide, which tells it's own story.

Does the invoice show a wireless card? If not, you don't have much to stand on.

Log in and view the detailed component list.

I agree with Tweak155. If there is no list regarding parts then you will most likely out of luck.
