    Bought tablet from Craigslist, works fine, but cannot transfer ownership

    As stated. I need to transfer the ownership, but the dude I bought it from isn't taking my calls. Don't know why, since he doesn't have the tablet anymore.

    Any suggestions?

    Yeah, I can't do the warranty transfer without the original owner and although I did manage to get hold of him, he got it as a gift from his aunt so needs to get hold of her... quite the hassle.

    Did my ownership transfer without filling them fields for previous owner. Dell approved that in 2 weeks. But then I am in Asia Pacific area.

    You will need the info from the previous customer to do the transfer. As one who re-sells Dells, Dell will contact the original and new owner to verify the transfer before it is complete.

    Im in New Zealand, managed to find original owners details this was not easy. Am still waiting on reply. Did they send you a confirmation e-mail?

    Got the new Alienware 18 and it wont even play games so just want them to hurry up :(
