    where do i get this?

    i ordered from the outlet and another user he didnt get one with his outlet 1530.

    i hope its in there.

    Strange... I got mine and it was included in my order. I didn't pay extra for the case.

    BTW, very NICE case too.

    Did you get the remote, earbuds, microfiber cloth & disc folder? I believe the previous unscrupulous owner might have kept the sleeve along with some of the other stuff mentioned above!

    You can contact Dell and request for the missing items although I am not sure if they would encourage your requests as it is an outlet order.

    On the other hand, some people have got some interesting stuff from the previous owners like music or a movie discs in the drive or folder, screen/palm rest protectors, turbo memory module, memory cards, express card devices and so on.
