I have written out a complaint email to send to dell regarding there customer service. They delayed my ship date and I cannot find an email that I should send my complaint to. If you guys have ever sent out complaints, where did you send them?

I've complained a few times via Email about my delay and still have not received a response. Im not sure email is the best way to attack it but I went under Contact Us on the dell customer care website and found an option to email them, and just chose other question as my subject.

I did that, but I was looking for a physical email. I doubt they have one. I guess I can live with the delay, but it sure is irritating.

youll do better if you call them and complain about their crappy service. No one really cares about email complaints anymore

Direct2Dell Contact email is [email protected] (note the underscore)
...a starting point at least. -
Sure they do. Just make sure that along with your complaint you include a resolution. I ordered my 1720 3 days ago and the estimated ship date is 8/17. Since I live in Alaska I have to pay for overnight shipping. I sent them an email explaining that I did not think I should have to pay for shipping when there was a long delay. At the end of the email I asked them to either ship the laptop or refund the shipping charges. Had an email the next day saying that they were sorry for the delay and they were happy to refund the shipping charges.
Just be polite and offer a reasonable resolution.

Thanks for that email man. I hope this does something at least. I would be happy with a free case. I would call them, but I like to talk to people that speak english.

Hey Bukket, what email did you send your complaint and resolution to?

I've used the Unresolved Issues form and gotten a response before:
