Darn, can't combine the coupon with the EPP discount. Anyone know if that's even possible?

What browser are you using? I used Firefox, and the code was partially hidden underneath a button/link, so I had to edit it slightly when at the Dell site. Just try and copy and paste, then make sure there are no spaces or black characters at the end or beginning of the code when you enter it. Let us know how it goes.

Whew, good think I looked back at this thread today. We received an email with a coupon in it (15% of course :)) and it went to Junk Mail. I dug it up, cancelled my previous order, and re-ordered just now. I ended up with a $376 discount. I upgraded a couple things so I ended up with a better laptop, overall, for less :)

The rep I was talking to also said that he would put a rush on it and do his best to get it out to me ASAP :)

I tried with firefox and internet explorer

I did a copy and paste of the link location (firefox) or copy shortcut (ie) from the pink box in the place where I have to enter the coupon. It gives me something like that:
    javascript: ol('http://click.canada.dell.com/r/XXXXXX/XXXX/XXXXXX/XXXXX/XXXX/XX/h');

If I cut everything out except a combination of certain 2 parts of the code, I'm able to go to the "step 2 out of 3".

However when I have to "Enter the text from the image below", even if I'm doing it right (never had a problem with those things before) it sends me back to the 1st step with this message
"We're sorry, the coupon code you have entered is invalid. Please check the spelling of the code and the expiration date of the coupon."

If you guys head over to RedFlagDeals a bunch of people have posted their 15% off coupons that they aren't using. I believe they only request that you post when you've used one. Good luck!

I wasn't sent one =/. I realized I had signed my account in but I had to sign up somewhere else for promotional e-mails. I bet I missed out on 75% too lol.

I use Outlook (2003) and have the same problem. I was able to get around it be viewing the e-mail HTML source code (right click on the e-mail and select View Source.

In the window that opened I searched for the word "COPY". The Dell code is located on the next line below. It may be faster to look for the word "strong" as that was situated before and after my code. Copied code (including the question mark) and I was able to get my discount ... standard 15% for me. Hope someone gets something better.

For some reason Dell sent me another coupon - so I've got a measly 15% off coupon if anyone wants it (PM me). Too bad the M1330 is not longer an option for the coupon though.

I'm very annoyed at this as well. I was going to use my 15% and make the m1330 my first Dell product, but now there's just no way I can justify the expense over my second choice.

the coupon I got was for 15% off but I couldn't use it on the M1330 so I will wait to order as it seems that it will be awhile before people are getting them and then maybe there will be a deal for this model

I bought a 50 percent and saved 1600. I was then offered another. Then.... Dell called and stated they were replacing my junk m1220 with a M1330 and we walked through the configuration of which they upgraded a few things and its now ful tilt.

If you still have that 50% off coupon, I'm certain more than a few people would be glad to have it.

I've been out of work since last Tuesday (July 3) so I hadn't received my e-mail as of then. I had my e-mail when I got to work this morning. I have no idea if people are still having trouble accessing their coupons or not, but I thought I'd suggest my method: Copy and paste everything in the box - even if it doesn't show - to a word processor. Then change the color of the coupon's hidden font. It's as easy as that, the coupon code can then be viewed.

I won't be using my 15% coupon, so here it is: XD0?ZL?6MMN94D
