You can, they could care less who you are as long as you buy their laptops :p. Just make up a business company name or something, it doesn't matter.

Do I have to enter any specific details about the business or can I just buy it like you would do for a normal laptop?

All you need to do is have an acceptable form of payment ready when they ask.

I've bought several laptops through Dell Small Business. I filled in a business name, and bought them online. Have also bought them for several others this way. There is nothing you need to do to qualify.

Dell don't mind what you are as long as you're prepared to pay. I have bought all but one of my laptops under the business section. The only reason it is called business is because they are business quality machines.
