Has anyone tried to use their Dell HSDPA WWAN card with a GSM provider other than Cingular?

I am guessing that the the WWAN card is SIM-locked to Cingular; if anyone is using T-Mobile (or a non-US GSM provider) how did you get the SIM unlocked?

Also, can the HSDPA WWAN card be used overseas in Europe, etc?

Specifically, I am looking at the HSDPA WWAN card in the M1210, but am guessing that they are the same in the other models.

okay, so I did a little more digging on google to see if the Dell 5500 Mobile Broadband card is SIM-locked to Cingular, and it looks like this guy was able to use it on Rogers in Canada with no problem.

Can anyone confirm that the 5500 card is unlocked?
