    Hi there have a i7 9750h version with the nvidia 1650

    Was watching a video and tonight the display just turned off the laptop remains on and produces sound so doesn’t crash

    then after rebooting a few times this is what I was left with

    Works fine on an external monitor strangely would you say it’s the intel chip or the nvidia chip that has gone ?
