I just canceled my M1330 after I ordered on June 17 and the delivery date was on September 5th. Last week I build the exact same machine on the website and the delivery date was on August 30th. What the heck are they thinking. Called them and told them that at least they should give me the free timbuk2 case and the free shipping and they agreed only on the free shipping. So I canceled. My setup was worth $2700+ with all the bells and whistles and warranty. BUYERS BEWARE.

Are you sure you placed order on June 17 this year?

    RE: Direct Girl...

If you can get a CSR that has access to DOBBS, the program will tell exactly where the system is, including its priorities, whether a tag has been issued, specific parts it is waiting for along with all the lead times.

Only certain reps have access to this.

Haha DOBBS.... It's actually DOMS (Dell Order Managment Software) and everyone has access to it just not everyone knows how to use it very well.

I was told Dobbs by someone who said she didnt have acces but put me through to somone who did. I then spoke with her for awhile who explained what could be gained from it, as i have printed above...

Tx for the correction...we always learn.
