I ordered an XPS 17 on 04/21 with an eta 05/06... On 05/06 I was sent an email and received a call from Dell rep stating that due to supply issues my notebook would be delayed and my new eta would be 05/20...
Since 04/21 my order status has been "In Production" but on 05/8 it changed to "Delivery Prepartion" this info found under MY ACCOUNT tab...On 05/10 I noticed that if viewing my order under ORDER SUPPORT it gave the status as "Shipped" but viewing under MY ACCOUNT the status is "Delivery Prepartion" and if viewing under ORDER STATUS the status is "In Production"... To make things even more confusing when calling Dells automated help line it says my order was shipped on 05/19 to arrive on or before 05/20...
Can anyone explain this madness?![]()
P.S. No, I haven't recieved any emails from Dell with tracking info...
