I'm having an issue where I cannot get two external monitors to display with the laptop. I am using a startech TB3 adapter with dual hdmi outputs for two U2715H monitors.

I just updated the BIOS to 4.4.4 thinking that would help, but to no avail. I ensured I had the latest drivers from Dell's website as well. They will initially show upon loading the desktop, but in no more than two minutes do the screens go black.

I have heard issues with adapters, but also with the Dell dock, so I am hoping there's a solution and I'm not SOL.

For reference, I am using: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ANR5AJU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
