The video cards in all 3 of those are pretty even actually. The Radeon 3650 is the weakest, but not by too significant of a margin. The 8600m GT and the 9500GS are about on par with each other. The 3DMark06 comparison would be about 3900 for the two Nvidia cards and about 3300 for the Radeon card (roughly).

The processor and RAM in the ASUS is pretty sweet, however it is much heavier and thicker than the other two and has much less battery life.

All the hard drive space in the Toshiba is kind of nice, plus a penryn processor and 3GB of RAM.

M1530 is the lightest and thinnest, plus the fact that you can get a 1440x900 resolution opposed to the other two having 1280x 800. It will probably get the best battery life as well.

You've got yourself a tough one there. I would say in terms of overall performance, the ASUS has the best specs, though it is a trade off for size and battery life.
