I just bought a Dell Inspiron 1525 about two months ago and recently set up a home office with a monitor and docking station. I wanted to use my lap top as my main computer, but do not have the room to extend the desktop, so wanted the computer housed below the monitor. What I did not know, and I have done this with Dell's before, that you can no longer close the computer and have the second monitor work! I contacted Dell and they confirmed this with no work around.

I thought I would put this out to this talented group and see if anyone had any ideas of work arounds of their own. Thanks for your help!

    :)
