    Hey guys,
I made a mistake last week when I ordered my XPS m1530 last week and called to make a few changes, they then palced another order. Now it looks like Dell charged me for both orders and even though I cancelled one over the phone I was still charged.

Now Dell have said they will refund me, I was told this on Friday, now it's Monday and I've not seen any such thing. So I was wondering how long Dell normally take and if they're good at refunds in general. Thanks :).

Pretty fast imo, they charged me incorrectly last week on my order and I called and spoke to there sales section. I had the money back in my account in less than 10 mins (it was on hold so if its already drafted from your account it may take a bit longer)

Bank might take a few days to take the charge off. Dell doesn't actually charge you properly until shipped. It's just a hold on your account. Bank automatically removes the hold after a few days.
