    I bought M1210 from Dell outlet and got basic 1yr limited, on-site, and HW warranty.
    I was checking system information from Dell website, and used my service tag from computer to see the end date of warranty.
    But it shows these info under my computer's service tag;
    Active Service Contracts:
    - Complete Care, Expiring In 1061 Days
    - Next Business Day, Expiring In 362 Days
    - Next Business Day, Includes Nights/Weekends, Expiring In 331 Days
    - Next Business Day, Includes Nights/Weekends, Expiring In 730 Days
    - Technical Support - Phone Assistance, Expiring In 331 Days
    - Technical Support - Phone Assistance, Expiring In 730 Days
    - Technical Support - Phone Assistance, Expiring In 362 Days
    - XPS Technical Support, Expiring In 362 Days
    Are these available to my computer?
    or possible previous owner bought these and it transfered to his new comp?
    Any ideas???
    And isn't complete care service cover any accident too?

    That you should contact Dell and see, but those are probably the old warranty service of the old owner. Either the site hasn't updated yet or they made a mistake.

    Yea it looks like either the old owner's warranty didn't end and that they made a mistake or something like that.
