    Dell asking for 12500 for complete 2 year cover in india

    Group,
    I asked Dell people to send me quotes for dell cover for 2 years this is what I got

    NBD Warranty 8 X 5 - 1 YR - Rs 5,500
    NBD Warranty 8 X 5 - 2 YR - Rs 10,200
    Complete Cover – 1 Year - Rs 7,400
    Complete Cover- 2 Year - Rs 12,700

    With a new laptop you get 2 year complete cover for only 3235. It seems Dell india does not want people to purchase cover.
    Is there anyway to get discount on these figures.
    A quick response will be highly appreciated.

    Since you made a comparison to a new laptop having a cheaper price for complete care, I'm guessing that you are adding complete care to a laptop you already own without it. If that's so then I believe the price is higher for that, and I'm not sure if it's possible to even get a discount on that considering its not a new purchase.
