    Is this really true? If so, when will they sell their product. I heard its in January.

    Who knows. Who cares?

    I've seen Dell laptops at Walmart and Costco and they are ALWAYS a rip off. You can get a better deal at Dell.com. Bestbuy will probably be worse.

    Yes, it is true. Dell will be selling their computers at Best Buy.
    I'm pretty sure some of the XPS's will be sold there, but I can't tell you which ones.
    I don't know when they'll start to sell them either. Try googling it or something.

    Most likely they won't sell the "xps ones". <- 'Cause no where else I've seen they haven't had it.

    I seem to remember one of the XPS models being part of the Best Buy announcement, along with a couple Inspirons. And while Best Buy probably won't have as good deals as dell.com, this is still cool for a couple reasons:
    1. You can go see them in person before ordering online, in case you don't live near a Dell kiosk.
    2. If you absolutely need it right now, you can go to Best Buy and grab one.

    In the past, when Dell has decided they wanted to go retail, they only sold lower end systems. Don't know if that'll be changing with best buy. I guess in order to compete, they've had to stoop to retail. They're early business model was on buying direct only.

    Just got a few 2 days ago. A 1420, 2 1521's, and the XPS m1330. Also getting a desktop XPS system as well soon.
