I was about to buy my Latitude D630, which fiits all the needs I have, but it seems I cannot buy it as a 'consumer'. If you read the terms and conditions, a 'business' user does not have the same 7 day cooling off period etc as consumers do.

Does this mean that they will not recognise me as a consumer? If so, this is ridiculous. Why should they choose what home users want?

There's a 21 day return policy. If you buy from their business selection, you're a business customer. They get to choose how they sell their items because it's a free market. Just as you don't have to buy anything from them, they're not obligated to sell anything to you.
