    Dell canceled orders

    Can orders cancelled as per my request still be shipped?
    If so, what is the best course of action to follow from my side when they arrive?
    Also, bear in mind that pre-authorizations are still hanging out there and I am trying to work with CS on this to have them removed for these canceled orders.
