some of you may remember i created a thread praising the return efficiency of Dell back in July. I returned my XPS17 2 days after i received it, and got the full amount back within one week of shipping it back. however, today i found out Dell charged the same credit card the exact same amount. , most likely an computer glitch or human error. Dell's customer service line is closed now, will call them tomorrow. i already started the dispute process with my CC company. anyone else had this happened to you?
