So I've tried getting help through Dell's online chat for 4 days now and only get the following message:
All chat representatives are currently busy assisting other customers or the queue is closed. XPS Portable chat is available 7 AM - Midnight CST. If you need immediate assistance with your issue, please call 1-800-822-8965.
Each time I've tried, it's been within these hours.
What's the deal? Are they having so many problems with the XPS that they can't keep their Chat sessions staffed?

Did you try at 7AM? I've found the best times are very early in the morning, or very late in the evening.
