    Almost every time I order something from Dell, I get a new customer number. Any one knows why Dell does that?

    I always order from Dell home, but usually I have some kind of coupon and I don't know if that puts me in a different category. For the last one I received educational EPP, so maybe thats the reason. Thanks

    You can give the rep your Customer# prior to placing the order. This way your purchases will all be under 1 #. If using the online store, be sure to log in to your My Dell Acct.
