Since there are good and bad ones - why not call em out?

It would be helpful to know sales reps that are reliable and helpful vs. the ones we have had bad experiences with and should be avoided.
I can share the following on (Dell Outlet as indicated):

    Dell USA:
    Friendly & competent:
    - Eric Morales

    Unfriendly & pushy:
    - Martin Pineda Valladares (Dell Outlet)

    No follow up response:
    - Srinivas K
    - Oscar Mojica Martinez
    - Mehboob Irshad
    - Marvel Beraquit

    Dell Germany:
    Friendly & competent
    - Stanislav Rusch

Anyone wants to share their experiences?

[Btw, I tried searching for a similar thread and did not find any - I am kind of sure it exists - so if you can point me - I will kill this one ]

Ordered Dell M3800 workstation, over $2500 computer, ordered SSD and hard drive, first order was late, they canceled it, then replaced it without the hard drive! No explanation, so just add it back, no cannot simply add it back, asked if there was a conflict in the configuration "can't understand technical terms" can only cancel other already negotiated order. Didn't even ask me just took it out

After getting the runaround from regular tech support I finally (supposedly) got a manager involved. His sole purpose was to send me email committing to applying for a product replacement if the last fix didn't work. It did not and I informed him. Twice. 3 weeks later still no response. RONALD BOBIER IS USELESS AND DELL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
