This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     i have to say i've been having a few blue screen erros, i suspect due to some dodgy mouse drivers i installed, but just to check i phoned dell technichal support.
    i was answered instantly, walked through a system diagnostics boot, given full permission to take the laptop apart and check the memory etc. the guy then got me to send him a copy of the system memory dumps, answered some general questions, and offered to phone me back next week to check all is ok.
    it was easy, quick and efficient.

    this is the small business support sold with all vostros and i couldn't have been happier. just a success story to go with all the complaints

    yeah it can be pretty good, one thing that Dell has been doing extremely well these days I must say!
