I have a vista 1505 premium. when connected directly from the modem to laptop everything is fine including aol vr.
When I use my router aol does not get connected. Anyways i called belkin and all is fine there. aol said the same thing. dell had me on the phone for 2 hours and decided to switch me to software. I will not pay for anything,
they installed vista and the other software. if anything i will send back. stupid crap support. stay strong.

Are you making sure when logging in to AOL you are not using your dial-up modem but connecting over TCP/IP?
