I need help! I just did a clean install of Vista for my dell E1505 and now my quicktouch buttons on the front won't work (the ones that contol the audio) and the scroll function on my scrollpad (the part on the right and bottom) also doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this or what drivers I may need. Thank you.

That is expectable, actually. Don't worry, it's not a problem with your notebook or Vista.

You'll need to get the latest Dell drivers for Windows Vista.

This isn't really the best place to post this for future reference. For the best results you should have posted this in the Dell board.

The Random thread may be the place to post whatever you want. But I feel you will get more help with a shiny new thread about your whoes in the Dell forum.

Do you have a driver disk from dell? If not visit Dell's support site here and enter your service tag number. Your service tag number is on a white sticker on your notebooks base. This will take you to a list of drivers appropriate for your notebook but you will still need to look threw them. Try installing the latest alps touchpad drivers and the latest system software update.
