Hi, In the Beginning of september I bought myself a laptop Dell Latitude e5270, i3-6100u, 8gb ram, 120gb ssd, win10 prof. Pretty much from the start I have had problems with BSODs, mostly the errors occur when the lid is down and once I open the lid to use the computer again it has shut off and upon starting reliability monitor shows BSOD and error is SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (Wdf01000.sys) bugcheck code 0x1000007e. It happens randomly during usage aswell altogther 2-5 times per day. Some other BSOD errors occur aswell DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Wdf01000.sys or tcpip.sys) bugcheck code 0x000000d1. Memory is tested and OK, ssd as well, all drivers should be up to date (at least official Dell page says that, device manager also). It might have something to do with the wifi card because usually after BSOD it doesn't, even with autoconnect, any networks to connect to and I have to reselect it manually.

You say you tested the memory but was that using Dell's diagnostics? If so, make a MemTest86 bootable flash drive and let it run overnight. On one of my computers this method identified a RAM module as a cause of intermittent BSODs while shorter tests declared the RAM was OK.
