    Very seldom, the xps line rarely gets coupons. The best deals for those will be found in Dell outlet.

    Where were you when I ordered mine a few months back? I actually had the luck of ordering just prior to a simialr offer. With the deal I wound up with, just under $900 shipped for the system in my sig after a few issues had to be resolved, I have no complaints.

    There some incredible deals to be found in the outlet, you just have to paitent and persistent,I've found that the best time to look is around 2-5 am eastern time, just keep mashing the refresh, and throw anything that matches your needs in the cart pronto, then review it, if you look it over first, it will be gone if its a deal, I spent weeks searching for my system. happy hunting.

    if you're military or student, can you apply for the discount at the checkout?

    also, I've been approved on the phone for a dell cc (no payment or interest for 18 months) so how do I handle that on an online order? thanks

    I bought two at Christmas through the military exchange (Aafes) with a pretty hefty discount. They have inched up a tad since then. FWIW. They have a call number too.

    Yup. If you are military, go to AAFES.com, Shop By Department > Computers, login, Notebooks, Dell Computers, To shop Dell, please click here. And then they have 2 seperate tabs for CONUS and Overseas customers.

    It should be good until the 31st or 300 uses I believe- also good on Inspirons.

    And yes the question mark is part of the coupon, I know it looks like an error, I copied and pasted but I still thought it was wrong until I checked for the fifth time.

    Always happy to share coupons I'll never use ;)

    EDIT: Wow thanks for the aafes link, never knew being a military brat would ever be worth something!
