I'm greatly disappointed with my Dell Inspiron (1564). The major reason is that it is easily overheated. The record was 90°C!

It's warranty status is still active, thus, is it possible to order to change for a new one?

What are your specs? Personally, I've never seen an overheating Inspiron. They have like nothing in them. I am assuming thermal paste misplacement or something similar.
Have them swap your motherboard if you're within warranty.

    My Inspiron 1564 specs is:
    CPU Core i5 2.4
    RAM 4GB
    GPU ATI Radeon HD 4330

Nothing close to a monster but it did overheat everytime I play game >.<

Unless you are within your return period, no - its usually not possible to return it for a refund/credit.

I suggest you contact support and address the issues you are having. Beyond that, you'll need to escalate any unresolved issues via support or the Unresolved Issues link on the main Dell.com site. Keep in mind, you have to give support a chance to resolve any issues you are seeing.

    Best of luck.

They'll replace the heatsink, motherboard, and whatever other parts they see fit since you're outside the window. They'll keep replacing until the warranty runs out.
