    Right,

I emailed Dell on the 24th October- they replied pretty much straight away and I then replied outlining my issue in full and requesting a refund for a notebook.

Since then I have had no reply from Dell at all- I have tried emailing again and then emailing the "unresolved issues" link twice- absolutely no reply from them. I have also tried using their online chat but this never works (I have tried about a hundred times on different computers / house and still cannot get through.... always displays the everyone is busy page!).

I phoned them the other day before all this but the person I spoke to could barely speak english, so don't want to ring them anytime soon.

What can I do now? Surely if they are ignoring me I should be threatening legal action? Why do they not reply to my emails!! :(

Try to call them again, or visit any near by Dell store.

It will be good, if you share unsolved issues with us. I hope someone may help you out here.
