Hi. I just bought a Mini 10v two days ago from Best Buy. The first thing i did when it booted up was update the bios (i do this with all new computers plus there was a paper that came with the mini recommending me to do so). Then after it restarted, i uninstalled all the programs that i didn't need. I uninstalled Live! cam avatar creator because i didn't think i would need it. later on that day i wanted to try out the webcam so i went to dell webcam central but when it opened it would only show black and when i clicked snap a photo it would say photo snap unsuccessful. so i uninstalled dell webcam central and downloaded the webcam application from the dell support section. when i tried to reinstall it says that it cannot install because there is no live! cam avatar creator. i then searched for another webcam software. i found CamSnap and installed it. when i started it' it was the same scenario as with dell webcam central.Live! but that hasnt helped. i reinstalled Can someone please help me???
