    How can I install the latest Intel Generic drivers? It flags the install and quits, says I need to call Dell... There has to be a way to update this without waiting for Dell as their drivers are not updated....

    Did you download the ones from Intel's website? They should support your HD graphics. Be wary as sometimes using official Intel drives will prevent you from manually changing brightness as it runs through Dell's Quickset utility.
