    system doesn't seem to read my video ram
    when i start a game
    it says i don't have minimum requirements when my specifications are better than the requirements
    so i can't run games which my computer can easily run
    HELP

    What game(s) are you attempting to play? Does your system have a discrete GPU with Optimus (NVIDIA) or Enduro (AMD)? If your system exclusively uses Intel HD graphics, there are many games that are incompatible and require more performance than the mainstream Intel HD consumer graphics subsystem is capable of delivering.

    Don't know if NVIDIA or AMD

    My first recommendation would be to identify your specs. If you have Intel HD graphics only, without an NVIDIA or AMD discrete GPU, then your machine is not designed for gaming.
