    Dell inspiron 1545 No sound from Speakers(headphones ok)

    Dear All,

    I am not getting any sound from the built in speakers of ny dell 1545 but the sound is coming from the headphones when i attach those. Also i try to diagnose the problem with the diagnose CD provided by DELL there the speakers are working fine. The status for device in device manager is also fine no yellow sign.

    But still i am not able to listen sound from Speakers can any body help.

    try connecting somethin on the mic jack headphone are ok. that way you'll get the IDT control center, from there check out if the speaker are muted and the HEADPHONES are not.
