    Hello. I have a question.

    I own a dell 1564 with the Intel HD and i own and a i7-740QM.
    • (0)F4G6H - 1564: Intel HD IGP Shared RAM DDR3 <--- this mainboard has my 1564
    so i read a thread with an answer from Tsunade_Hime :

    "I mean theoretically you can upgrade the motherboard to discreet graphics, the CPU to a quad core if you get the discreet graphics motherboard, RAM, HDD, screen, all depends on how much money you want to spend vs what you are getting."

    this answer means that if i replace my mainboard with one of the following boards
    • (0)4CCPK - 1564: AMD ATi HD 4330 (0512mb) DDR3
    • (0)6T28N - 1564: AMD ATi HD 5450 (1024mb) DDR3
    the 1st Generation Quad Core processor will work?

    The Heatsink will be also replaced for the following mainboards.

    If anyone can answer me so i can order it will be very helpfull.
