    Dell inspiron 1720 with XP pro Integrated Webcam

    I have an inspiron 1720 that came with vista prem. .I put XP Pro on it and i managed to get all the drivers except the integrated webcam driver (creative)
    I tried every driver i could find that i thought might work but no luck. Does anyone know where i could find a driver for the Dell inspiron 1720 creative integrated webcam .Please if you know where i can find a driver leave the web address. xps1330 and 1420 do not work from the dell site

    I Just finished dual booting a new 1720 my webcam works. I Used the drivers from the "XPS1330 works perfect with XP" thread and the "1420 with XP" thread (to find the latter thread seach for keywords "XP" 1420" and "nerfed" (yes nerfed I know its odd)) I forget which of these drivers worked, try both(sorry).

    If one of your dual boots is vista then your 1720 probably picked the vista webcam drivers to use .Im only using xp and still cant find drivers for my creative integrated webcam drivers (xp pro inspiron 1720) .I googled nerfed but it didnt tell me anything about drivers i would need
