    So I have my dell inspiron connected to my brand new AOC 27 inch I2757Fh monitor. I started seeing random lines pop up and disappear on the screen when watching a movie or just moving the mouse around. And now the screen flickers randomly it only last a second but happens frequently and is very annoying. I thought it was the hdmi cable so I went out and bought another one and i still have the same problem, i am running windows 8. Thanks in advance.
