Hello i am stuck for words with my Dell laptop.

I have Recently Purchased a Dell inspiron 15 7559 laptop a few days ago and decided i would swap its HDD out for an SSD and when trying to boot the laptop off a windows 10 installer USB i get an instant BSOD when the circle in the middle spins.

The BSOD sometimes says MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and sometimes it says PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONE_PAGED_AREA

I have run memtest86+ on my laptop and the Ram looks to be ok it shows no errors.

I also ran the Dell diagnostics from the boot menu and it also showed no issues.

    Please help!.

    Thanks.

Page fault in non paged area usually means that it's trying to write/read to a drive that it doesn't have access to. For instance you could get this error if you were installing an OS to a drive that was partitioned in 2 and one half was formatted and usable and the other half wasn't. So when it tries to write files to the unformatted space it just falls over, have you followed the instructions to set up the SSD properly before just putting it in the machine? Your installer USB could also be having issues, try it on another computer if you can to see if it works (but don't overwrite anything on that PC).

I managed to fix this by using Rufus to copy the windows installer to the usb using the UEFI way GPT+UEFI instead of CMS + EFI
