This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Dell insprion 1320 and external dvd drive problem.

    i have just purchased a dell insprion 1320 and a liteon external dvd drive, because my laptop has no internal DVD drive. i can boot from my liteon by pressing F12, but when i used parttion magic from hirrent boot, this program can't load my external DVD so i can't install windows from my external dvd drive. can you tell my how to solve this problem hic hic.
