    Dell insprion 6400 Problems.

    When i get a low battery my laptop starts to whine from what seems to be the screen. This isnt helped when i plu in the ac adapter to charge my laptop. As this increases the loud whine noise and makes the screen go black. Like the light has been turned off but if you look real close you can see everything working. If i take the adapter out and close/open the laptop everything resumes like ive just turnt the laptop on.

    Can anyone help me with this cheers.
