Long story short.. I purchased a 1520 notebook that took over a month to ship (that sucked) BUT it arrived with several discounts that were honored (had to deal with some bad reps before getting a good one). I absolutely hated Windows Vista and there was a minor problem with the display so I decided to return the computer and get a mac instead because I work with design and need a compatible system to share fonts and stuff with other designers when I freelance..

Anyway, Dell still shipped me a free messenger bag that they had offered after my order was delayed . It's a brown Belkin bag http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=A1157849 (best computer bag EVER) and they even called me to make sure that I got my free bag.

When you call Dell and get a bad rep, don't give up! Just try your call again until you get someone who will help you out.
And if you're looking for a notebook bag, I highly recommend the new Belkin bags that I linked to above.

So after returning your laptop they gave you a bag anyway? Nice!
