First let me say I love alienware laptops and have been buying them for years.Just bought a refurb m15x and I love it.Ok with that out of way.I also bought a 73" tv from dell took 2 weeks to get here not sure why but ok.It comes today they take it off truck and theres a huge hole in box and glass ratteling around. They put it back on truck and drove away.I called tell and it took a half hr to find my oreder(this is after being hung up on twice). There attitude was like oh well my bad well send you another one in about 8 days.Wouldnt do anything for me no money off,no throw ins nothing just a oh well!!It was shipped by pilot shipping,so i researched them on line and they have a horrible track record. Why would dell continue to ship with such a lousy company. Why because there cheap thats where the free shipping comes in.I would rather pay shipping with a reliable company like ups then get free shipping and go through all this agravation. And another thing does anyone at dell KNOW AMYTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE SELLING?I have never seen such an uninformed bunch of useless morons in my life.I will never buy from dell ever again(except maybe alienware laptops until they ruin them at least)

We know this sundaysinner. I think it would be better if you took a deep breath and just pause for a minute. Ranting on a computer forum won't do anything to solve issues with Dell that most consumers endure. Just chillax. It's the holiday season man!

    Have a good Thanksgiving.

You can always complete one of the Unresolved Issues forms out online, if your still not satisfied. Someone, will get in contact with you & hopefully workout some sort of resolve.

I Agree with poster, you cant let company's push you around. Iv taken alot of it in my lifetime. I always root for people that are getting jacked by companys to stand firm. The only way to do that sometimes is to find a place where someone will listen. Id rip there heads off if I was you and continue to.

I'm not sure what it is with electronic company's these days but being in recession or bad economy has brought out the worst it seems. Every new electronic Item Iv used that as of late weather its 42 inch sony bravio lcd, hp laptops, or other devices are all that stuff that goes down the drain. There's always something wrong with them.

Then you keep your wits about the situation and coerce yourself into thinking its still a good deal and everything is ok. I go through this a lot.

Okay so you bought a giant 73" TV, and unsurprisingly, it was damaged in transit? So you're getting another TV but you have to wait 8 more days? Guess what, packages and damaged during shipping and a giant flatscreen is especially prone to damage.

I really don't see how Dell owes you anything at this point other than another TV? Free shipping is free, and you can always pay more for specific shipping options.
