This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Dell laptop Inspiron 9300: Keyboard mess up

    Hello, I have a problem on the keyboard input. When I type something in Microsoft Word or Internet Explore, the keyboard is totally messed up. For example, if I type 's', it gives me 'o'; if I type 'd', it gives me 'e'.

    But the keyboard works good on Opera, a nevagation tool. It is the reason I can still post this message here.

    Could anybody help me? Thanks a lot!
