On the XPS 140 and the Insprion 1550--is the TV tuner installed internally--or is it an external USB device? I was online with Dell Chat today and they told me it was internal.... but all the reviews I've read describe it as external.

    Thanks.

    It's external USB.

    =/

I wish it was internal. It would be a much more attractive option.

the internal tuners consume much battery life. See the Fujitsu review on the home page today.

That's just what I thought! I asked him to double-check and he still insisted it was internal. Thank you.

Any tuner card recommendations besides the hp?
