    Hey,

Ok I am having my Dell XPS 15 collected by DELL sometime next week as it has a bunch of problems. However, on my machine I have some games which my friend gave me that I'm pretty sure are illegal now that I think about it.

I have bought most of my games on my PC, but I just have the games he gave me just in case i'm reaallly bored.

The thing is, I dont want to get rid of the games...just because..will DELL take a look into my Harddrive at the files I have? What if I password protect or hide files?

    Thanks,

    XMaggotHeadX

You need to back up all files that you don't want to lose as you can't be sure you'll get that hard drive back or they may even re-image it wiping everything out.
