After multiple problems with my 1520 which i purchased in September 07, Dell has agreed to return it for a full refund without charging me any shipping or restocking fee. Needless to say I purchased a 1530 today. Thank you Dell for the phenomenal CS.

Im an oregon resident out of town on business. I had my laptop shipped here and they refused to give me it tax free :(

I pay taxes in oregon why should i have to pay 100$ to have my laptop shipped to where I am?
