Does anyone know what this driver does? It was mentioned as a fix for stuttering audio with Dell Sigmatel audio chip and Dell Wireless N in Vista OS:

Thanks in advance for any help.

I answered my own question by opening the exe file in Winrar. It is WiFi N driver for Vista. Whether this fixes the audio stuttering is to be seen.
