So I called up Dell about my replacement 1400 being crapola and was told they would upgrade me to Gold support for the hassle by giving me a $35 credit...
Well suddenly the check the notes and see I was given a credits before (one for being late and one for vista) so now she says they can only give one concession so they can't give me any more...
Now all other details aside and not considering how much is too much to concession out, is this true? It seems like it can't be due to reports I have read from others as well as receiving 2 concessions already...
But can anyone confirm that Customer Service has indeed given more than 1 concession in the past?

I will try that but sadly this escolated to a supervisor who spent over an hour on the phone with me... I think there will be enough notes there to keep anyone from giving me anything for a long while...

That's what I thought... since I believe I have already received 2 concessions with this order...
The lady told me that if she submits a request for another concession it will get rejected.
I figured she was full of sh*t -
yep im up to... hmmmmm.......450$ in concessions now (300+100+50+free overnight shipping).. that was through escalation dept though plus add to that free overnight shipping... so yes it can be done and i still used the 325 coupon as well...
