Hi guys, I'm from Canada and I need a laptop for university soon. I'm looking at the Dell E1505. Here's my question, I live in Canada, and on the canadian website for Dell it does not have the E1505, so can I buy from Dell.com instead of Dell.ca despite the fact that I don't live in the US? Also, would this affect my ability to use coupons?

The E1505 is also referred to as the Inspiron 6400, which I believe is available in the Small Business section.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Dell US coupons are only US-applicable, and won't work in Canada. Or won't ship to Canada, or something like that. I vaguely remember reading that before.....

So does that mean that there are Canadian Dell coupons? If so, where can I find them? I don't want to spend so much money on a laptop, coupons are a great way to get the features I want without spending heaps of money.

That's the idea=P THey told me that if my system broke while on warranty that they would NOT ship parts to South America. SO if my computer breaks while I am an exchange student, I am screwed.

Ok, thanks guys! I hate buying stuff in Canada though... the stuff is much more expensive :p. The US coupons save more money than Canadian ones, haha. Oh well, I guess the better living conditions make up for it

Yeah, I'd love to pay higher taxes in order to get 2nd rate government subsidized healthcare.
