It is almost unbelievable, but the problems with Dell order tracking first posted 5 years ago are still occurring and it's still the same problem. The link that Dell provide to the Western Walsh site doesn't work. Google Western Walsh and you will get to the Syncreon site. Click on My Order. Enter your 8 digit Dell order number preceded with an additional 0. Click submit and the customer number box will magically appear. Enter your Dell customer number, but replace the leading GB1 with 02
Only 5 years and Dell UK haven't fixed a simple web bug. Probably too busy counting our money!

Ok. This is officially the best solution ever in the history of the worst tracking system ever developed by mankind ;) A tracking system that is very consistent in that it NEVER works...

I can't tell you for how many years I have absolutely dreaded dealing with Dell when it comes to delivery - and I've probably ordered at least 1000 PCs from them over that period...

So just to clarify, this does work... you add a 0 (zero) before your order number and put that in the first box, then in the second box you put in your customer number and delete the GB1 and replace it with 02 (that's zero followed by 2).

I'm only repeating the above solution as it took me an attempt or two to get it right because I stupidly used the letter 'o' instead.. then I signed up to this forum just to respond to this amazing solution ;) Something which I never usually do... Thank you Wibbler :)
